• After the 24-hour period, cancellations will no longer be accepted
• If the cancellation is successful within the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund, including any taxes or fees charged at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellation of Custom Orders by the Customer

• Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, including bespoke or personalized diamond jewelry, custom orders cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
• Custom pieces are made specifically to your requirements, and production begins immediately after the order is confirmed, making them ineligible for cancellation or refund.

3. Cancellation by Nithesh Kumars LLP

We reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Inaccuracies or errors in product information, pricing, or availability.
• If we are unable to process your payment or verify the payment information provided.
• If the product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or stock issues.
• If there are restrictions on shipping to your location.
