1. Custom Order Process

Consultation: The custom design process begins with a consultation, either in-person or online. During this step, we discuss your ideas, preferences, and specifications (e.g., design, gemstones, metal type, budget).

Design Proposal: Our design team will create a proposal, including sketches or 3D renderings, based on your inputs. We will work with you to refine the design until it meets your expectations.

Approval and Quote: Once the design is finalized, we will provide you with a detailed quote, including the cost of materials, labor, and taxes. Production will begin after receiving your approval and a deposit

2. Payment

A non-refundable deposit of [insert percentage, e.g., 50%] of the total quoted price is required to begin production.

The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the custom piece before delivery or shipment.

3. Production Time

Custom orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials. We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide estimated delivery timelines.

4. Changes to Design

Once the design has been approved and production has begun, no further changes would be taken under consideration. Please communicate any desired adjustments as early as possible.

5. Cancellation Policy

Custom orders cannot be canceled once the design has been approved and production has started.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Since custom orders are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials. In the rare event of such an issue, please contact us immediately to resolve the matter.

7. Shipping of Custom Orders

We offer free shipping on all custom orders within India. Once the custom piece is completed, we will provide you with all the information and expected delivery dates.

8. Design Ownership

All designs created NK LLP for custom orders remain the intellectual property of the boutique. We reserve the right to reproduce or display the design in future collections
